Most Year 7 students fit an XXS (50cm chest) or XS (53cm chest) lab coat. Our sizing chart maps every size — XXS to 3XL — to suggested school year levels from Year 7 to Year 12+. Free size exchanges are offered within 7 days.

Can schools order lab coats by purchase order?

Yes. The Labcoat Academy accepts official purchase orders from schools, universities, hospitals and government departments. Yes — we print your school crest or logo on the left chest pocket using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing. Logo printing is free on orders of 10 or more lab coats, with a 3–5 business day turnaround. The print withstands 50+ washes without cracking or peeling.

What's the difference between elastic and traditional cuffs?

Traditional cuffs are a classic open wrist — looser and cooler. Elastic cuffs grip the wrist for a tighter seal, can be pulled up the arm on smaller students, reduce overhang, and reduce skin exposure — which is why many schools prefer elastic cuffs for students.
